Bryan is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who founded Aim High in 2011 with one simple principle: provide real, personal service from start to finish. He built the company so every client speaks with a real person — not a ticket system — and receives guidance through every step of the process. Bryan's military background has shaped a culture built on reliability, quality, accountability, and delivering on every commitment.

Amy Lawe

Owner

Amy helps keep Aim High running behind the scenes while creating a welcoming experience for both customers and the team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors whether in the mountains, at the beach, or relaxing in a park. She's a fan of Gen X music, road trips, photography, binge-watching a great series, and getting lost in a good book.

Collin

Senior Customer Satisfaction Expert

Collin is dedicated to making every customer experience a positive one. Whether he's answering questions or helping clients find the right solution, he's always happy to help. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, going to the movies, and eating his favorite dish: Japanese curry.

Production

Ian plays a key role in production, ensuring every order is printed, embroidered, or decorated to Aim High's quality standards before it ships. When he's not at work, he enjoys gaming, cooking, and writing.

Jackie

Administration & Production

Jackie plays a key role in keeping both the office and production running efficiently. From coordinating daily operations to supporting the production team, she helps ensure every project stays on track and every customer receives exceptional service. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys swimming and spending time with her four cats and dog.

Whether he's creating a brand-new design or preparing existing artwork for production, he makes sure every project is print-ready and looks its best. Outside the office, he enjoys watching movies and spending time with his four-legged family members.

Ybis

Screen Printing Technician

Ybis is an important part of the screen printing team, helping produce quality apparel with attention to detail and consistency. Outside of work, Ybis enjoys going to the movies, taking long walks, trying Vietnamese cuisine, and spending time with her two dogs.

James

Screen Printing Technician

James has been screen printing for over 10 years, having started at a young age. His experience and attention to detail help ensure every order meets Aim High's quality standards. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, tackling home improvement projects, and trying new restaurants.

Nigel

Screen Room Technician

Nigel specializes in preparing screens and maintaining the equipment that keeps production moving efficiently. His attention to detail helps ensure the printing team has everything they need for successful runs. When he's off the clock, he enjoys weightlifting, martial arts, watching anime, drawing, and spending time with animals.

Chris

Screen Room Technician

Chris helps keep the screen room running smoothly by cleaning, preparing, and maintaining screens for production. His behind-the-scenes work helps ensure every print starts with quality preparation. Outside of work, he enjoys drawing and voice acting.

Bisbee

Official Greeter

Bisbee is the first friendly face many customers meet when they walk through the door. He's always ready to greet visitors, accept belly rubs, and occasionally assist Bryan with local deliveries.

Achilles

Delivery Greeter

Achilles keeps an eye on the production floor from under Amy's desk, announces every UPS delivery, and will do just about anything for a cookie.
