Our Story

Concierge service, start to finish.

Founded in 2011 by USMC veteran Bryan Lawe, Aim High Marketing & Apparel was built on one belief: custom apparel should be personal. Most companies make you figure it out yourself. We don't. Our team member will walk you through every decision — garment, color, decoration method, sizing — so you end up with something you're proud to hand out.

We've grown into the official apparel provider of Nevada's pro sports teams and serve hundreds of schools, sports teams, businesses, and events across Henderson and Las Vegas. But the thing we're most proud of is still the same as day one: when you call, a real person answers.

Bryan Lawe

Owner

Bryan is a USMC veteran who founded Aim High in 2011 with one principle: real human service from start to finish. He built the company so that every client speaks to a real person — not a ticket system — and is guided through every step of the process. Bryan's military background means he takes deadlines, quality, and his team's commitments seriously.

Amy Lawe

Owner

Spending time outdoors in the mountains, on a beach, or in a park, listening to music from her favorite Gen X era, road trips, taking photos, bingewatching a good series, and reading.

Collin

Senior Customer Satisfaction Expert

Collin likes playing games, going to the movies, and loves Japanese curry.

Ian

Production

Ian is hands-on in production, making sure every order is printed, embroidered, or decorated to Aim High's standards before it ships. He likes playing games, cooking, and writing.

Jackie

Administration & Production

Jackie loves swimming, hot springs, vanilla ice cream, flowers, and cats.

Nick

Graphic Designer

Email only — he doesn't take calls

From business cards to apparel, Nick will work on getting your idea from concept to a printed product. He'll put a design together or make sure the one you already have works for your project. When he's not at work, he enjoys movies and the company of his 4-legged kids.

Aquilles keeps an eye on the production floor from under Amy's desk, announces every UPS delivery, and will do just about anything for a cookie.
